On Saturday, we visited the Septemberfest craft fair while Jared did his online class. Oma bought Madeline a cute little coat with puppies on it and we saw many other items that the little princess will surely collect over the next few years. Opa seemed to enjoy pushing Madeline around the craft fair. Saturday night we went out to eat at Sweet Baby Rays in Elk Grove.
On Sunday, Jared, Opa and I took Madeline to Babies 'R US which will soon become Madeline's favorite store because everything we buy there is for her. Sunday night Oma cooked a yummy dinner and we got to exchange birthday gifts.
We enjoyed lots of good food and Madeline had plenty of quality bonding and play time with Oma and Opa! It was a great weekend...aside from the sniffles.
I have to include one more picture from tonight. Madeline fell asleep in her high chair...thats the first time she has ever done that. She must have been exhausted!
