New Dog & a Day Trip
A few weeks ago we lost our dog Buddy to declining health that quickly took his life. We miss him dearly, but recently were fortunate to acquire a new dog, Max, from a friend. He keeps us on our toes as he is only 1 year old! But he brings a lot of fun and excitement to the house.
Last week we took a day trip to Bloomington-Normal to go to the children's museum. There are so many changes to Normal that sometimes we don't even recognize the town anymore. But there is always Avanti's where we of course had to stop for lunch!
