This afternoon we went to an open house at SHARE which is a horse rescue organization. They rescue a lot of abused and maltreated horses and we thought it would be nice to support them. They let you pet any horse that allowed it, had horse rides, hay rides, you could paint a horse shoe, have your face painted, etc. Madeline had a blast because there were 3 of her all time favorite things there...horses, dogs, and cats! She even wore her cowboy boots. Almost all the horses there are up for adoption too. Now if only we had somewhere to keep one!

I love this picture because I think she looks like she belongs at a horse farm. She's got her boots on, one propped up on the fence, observing the horses in the pasture!
